Grilled Bacon Salad with Arugula and Balsamic

8 ounces thick-cut bacon
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/8 cup shaved Parmesan cheese, or to taste
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, or to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
sea salt to taste
freshly ground pepper to taste

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
Lay bacon slices on the hot grill; cook until brown on the bottom, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook 1 minute more. Transfer to a plate.
