Garlic, Basil, and Bacon Deviled Eggs

2 large cloves garlic, pressed
5 slices bacon
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
