1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 (750 milliliter) bottle vodka
1/4 cup Irish stout beer (such as Guinness®) (optional)
