1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups ketchup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup bacon bits

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in boiling water until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes; drain and return pasta to the pot.
